• You have the right to receive sufficient information from your dentist to enable you to give informed consent before beginning any dental procedure or treatment.
• You have the right to be treated with respect, dignity and with recognition of your privacy.
• You have the right to refuse treatment, drugs or other procedures recommended by our providers and to the extent permitted by law and to be made aware of the potential consequences of refusing recommended treatment.
• You have the right to reasonable access to dental services.

Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 661-377-6453 so that the physician on call can be contacted.
